Kendra La’Nai ♡ Welcome to Kendra La’Nai, a luxury hair experience based in North Dallas. I’m Lanai, and my goal is to provide every client with beautiful, polished results while making your appointment feel just as elevated as the finished look. ✧ Before Your Appointment • Please arrive with your hair clean, washed, and completely blow-dried. • All units must be dropped off at least 3 days prior to your appointment. ✧ Cancellations Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours, as well as no-shows, will still be responsible for the full appointment balance. ✧ Late Policy I allow a 15-minute grace period for lateness. After the 15-minute grace period, a $25 late fee will be added to your appointment total. ✧ Deposits All deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure your appointment. ✧ Guests To maintain a calm, comfortable, and luxurious environment, no additional guests are permitted unless discussed and approved with me prior to your appointment.
